The YWCA of Contra Costa / Sacramento is dedicated to providing programs that empower woman and girls, strengthen families, and uplift our communities.

Childcare 
Services

Our childcare programs help children develop physically, socially and mentally. Children learn how to get along with others and develop communication skills. We have programs for children from two to seven years old.

Mental Health Programs

We help families and individuals cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life. Specializing in attachment issues and post-traumatic stressed disorders. We also offer a Pet Assisted Therapy Program.

Residential 
Housing 

Our residential housing program provides long-term transitional living to people who are eligible. Each resident has convenient access to public transportation, grocery and drug stores. Mental health counseling and group support are also available to our residents.

Program Rental Space

The Sacramento YWCA building has rental space available for meetings, meals, performances, worship, yoga, dancing and other activities with priority given to other non-profit organizations.
