Meet Alexandra Montano

Head Teacher / Room B

Greetings!

My name is Alexandra Montano and I am the Head Teacher in Room B, our toddler / CCTR program here at the YWCA Bay Point center.

This is my first year teaching! I have my AA degree in Early Childhood Education from Diablo Valley College. I also recently graduated Cum Laude from California State University East Bay in Spring 2021 with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Stud-ies with a Concentration in Teacher Preparation, and a Mi-nor in American Sign Language.

I reside in Antioch with my boyfriend, Jesus and our dog, Pluto. I look forward to growing and learning as a teacher here at the YWCA of Contra Costa / Sacramento.
