Rental Application Process

Thank you for your interest in residing at the YWCA of Contra Costa / Sacramento resident facility located at 1122 17th Street in Sacramento.

In order to be considered and placed on our waitlist, you will need to complete 6 different forms that are listed below that can be accessed via our Rental Application Package link below.

The Rental Application Package includes the following list of forms.

1. Sacramento Housing Program Information
2. Application to Rent Form
3. Questionnaire
4. YWCA Credit & Criminal Screening Criteria Form
5. Sacramento National Credit Reporting
6. California Apartment Association and YWCA CC/Sacramento Code for Equal Housing Opportunity

Before you start the application process, please make sure to have your financial, banking, personal, and residential information ready.

Please allow 45 minutes to an hour or so to complete everything.

Please be patient as you will be placed on the waiting list and currently there are approximately 20 people ahead of you.
